How We Work
The DRONEWRX Process.
Every project follows a clear, structured approach, from first contact to final handover.
Assess
Site evaluation and access review. We identify hazards, measure areas and confirm the right approach before any equipment is mobilised.
Plan
Detailed flight planning and risk assessment. A full RAMS document is prepared and shared with the client before works commence.
Deploy
Precision drone operations. Our CAA-licensed pilot manages all flight operations with dedicated spotters maintaining the exclusion zone.
Deliver
Quality assurance and reporting. A full condition report with photographic evidence is issued to the client within 48 hours of completion.
Maintain
Ongoing care with scheduled visits. We recommend a maintenance programme suited to your property type and exposure level.
Maintenance Programmes
A programme built around your property.
Every property is different. We look at what you have, how it's used, and what it's exposed to, then recommend a visit frequency that makes sense for your asset.
Biannual
Two visits a year, timed around the seasons. Suits most commercial and industrial properties where build-up is consistent and appearance matters year-round.
Annual
One visit a year, scheduled at the right time for your building. A practical option for lower-exposure assets or where budget is the primary consideration.

My background is in private aviation, where precision, discretion and high operational standards are simply expected. Combined with hands-on experience in exterior cleaning, it gave me a clear understanding of the trade and the limitations of traditional methods, particularly around access, disruption and working at height. That experience now underpins DRONEWRX, where James and I apply advanced drone technology across property, energy and infrastructure.
My approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, be honest about what is achievable.

Before DRONEWRX, I spent years working in fast-paced, high-pressure operational environments where careful planning, clear communication and attention to detail weren't optional; they were the job. Coordinating complex operations under pressure taught me a disciplined, methodical way of working, and that's exactly what carries across into everything we do here.
I co-founded the company with Freddie because I wanted to build a drone services business that took operations as seriously as the technology itself. Not just flying the aircraft well, but the planning behind it, the safety case, the documentation, the follow-through. That's still where my focus sits. Every job gets delivered properly, safely, and to a standard I'm happy to put my name to.
