How We Work
The DRONEWRX Process.
Every project follows a clear, structured approach, from first contact to final handover.
Assess
Site evaluation and access review. We identify hazards, measure areas and confirm the right approach before any equipment is mobilised.
Plan
Detailed flight planning and risk assessment. A full RAMS document is prepared and shared with the client before works commence.
Deploy
Precision drone operations. Our CAA-licensed pilot manages all flight operations with dedicated spotters maintaining the exclusion zone.
Deliver
Quality assurance and reporting. A full condition report with photographic evidence is issued to the client within 48 hours of completion.
Maintain
Ongoing care with scheduled visits. We recommend a maintenance programme suited to your property type and exposure level.
Maintenance Programmes
A programme built around your property.
Every property is different. We look at what you have, how it's used, and what it's exposed to, then recommend a visit frequency that makes sense for your asset.
Biannual
Two visits a year, timed around the seasons. Suits most commercial and industrial properties where build-up is consistent and appearance matters year-round.
Annual
One visit a year, scheduled at the right time for your building. A practical option for lower-exposure assets or where budget is the primary consideration.

Freddie Robb
Director of New Business | Pilot
I spent two years working in commercial and private aviation, which gave me a genuine appreciation for aircraft and the technology around them. It was during that time I started to see what drone technology was becoming capable of, and I became interested in where it could add real value beyond its traditional uses.
That led me to co-found DRONEWRX with James. We wanted to build something straightforward and useful, a company that uses technology to do a job better, more safely and with less disruption than the traditional way. We work with property owners, estates and facilities teams to look after the exteriors of their buildings, and increasingly to help them understand the condition of their assets through asset intelligence.
I care about doing things properly. Turning up when we say we will, being honest about what we can and cannot do, and making sure the people we work with feel looked after.

My background is in aviation, working within fast-paced operational environments where careful planning, clear communication and attention to detail were essential. My experience covered the coordination and execution of complex operations, and it gave me a strong foundation in the kind of disciplined, methodical approach that translates directly into what we do at DRONEWRX.
I co-founded the company with Freddie because I could see a genuine gap in the market for a drone services business that took operations seriously. Not just the technology, but the planning, the safety case, the documentation and the follow-through. That is what I focus on, making sure every job is delivered properly, safely and to a standard we are proud of.
